In Navithanveli area, 25 percent of students do not attend school regularly

25 per cent of the 22 schools in Navithanveli area do not regularly attend, and the reason for this unhealthy situation is the lack of
awareness, says A. Danuraj, Project Coordinator of Navithanveli World Vision. The Economic Development Officers working in Navithanveli Divisional Secretariat held a three day training program for Graduate Trainee Instructors on Tuesday (24).

And in his opinion,  The number of students in the 20 Grama Niladhari Divisions under the Navithanveli Divisional Secretariat has increased in recent years. Of the 22 schools in Navithanveli area, 25% of the students are not regularly attending school because of unscrupulous parents. They can bring about change. He said that 70% of the education in Navithanveli area will be transformed by our efforts and we should strive for them in the future.
